This rolling 5 Week Mum & Baby Yoga Course is a beautiful way to reconnect with your body & breath, as well as interact in a nurturing way with your baby.
Each session will include:
- Strength & stabilising poses to rebuild core & pelvic floor
- Stretch & releasing poses to relieve tightness in the upper & lower body
- Tips for movement at home to support nursing, nappy changing & lifting baby
- Sequences to help rebalance the hormonal system & tone the uterus
- Breathing & relaxation techniques, as well as restorative poses to combat sleep deprivation
- Baby bonding & massage
Mats & props will be provided for each session, so there is no need to bring anything except a baby rug (and baby of course!)
This is a welcoming & nurturing environment, so feel free to feed or change baby when needed, and don't worry if your baby is unsettled. There is a secure space to leave your pram outside during the session, however there is no under cover in case of rain.
