A 60 minute yin practice, featuring slow, long-held postures, breath work and self myofascial release techniques that target the body's fascia and connective tissue. A deeply reflective practice that takes you outside your comfort zone via an invitation to be still despite the mental requests to be anything but. This is the balance for the body & mind, release deep held tension, helping you to reset and boost your productivity.

☀️ Our morning yin classes are coupled with dynamic breathing techniques to leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

All classes are suitable for both newer and experienced students. Experienced teachers layer sequences and strategically use props to ensure the experience is accessible for all. Teachers bring their own passion and magic to the practice in a down-to-earth and inclusive manner. Only prerequisites are a smile and a willingness to be challenged.
