Our pre & postnatal yoga classes are designed to offer a range of practices to support your body during and after pregnancy. Classes include sequences to strengthen the body and release tension, whilst focusing on breath and meditative practices to promote ease and calm.
All classes are suitable for both newer and experienced students. Our prenatal teachers are specifically qualified in women's health and can layer sequences and strategically use props to ensure the experience is accessible for all no matter your stage of pregnancy or postnatal journey. Teachers bring their own passion and magic to the practice in a down-to-earth and inclusive manner. Come as you are, open to a new experience.
