Our Qi Gong classes are a gentle, holistic practice that combines slow, mindful movements, deep breathing and meditation to enhance physical and mental well-being by cultivating and balancing the body's energy (Qi)
All classes are suitable for both newer and experienced students. Our experienced teachers layer sequences and strategically use props to ensure the experience is accessible for all. Teachers bring their own passion and magic to the practice in a down-to-earth and inclusive manner. Come as you are, open to a new experience.
