Flow to Yin is our 60 minute evening practice combining the gentle movement of a slow flow with the stillness of yin to create balance for the nervous system. This practice will leave you feeling revitalised if you're lacking in energy and calm if you're feeling restless.

All classes are suitable for both newer and experienced students. Our experienced teachers layer sequences and strategically use props to ensure the experience is accessible for all. Teachers bring their own passion and magic to the practice in a down-to-earth and inclusive manner. Come as you are, open to a new experience.
