Our casual mums & bubs yoga class is designed to offer a range of practices to support your body after pregnancy whilst bonding with baby. Classes include sequences to re-strengthen the body and release tension, whilst focusing on breath and meditative practices to promote ease and calm. We provide an all inclusive, relaxed atmosphere where you should feel comfortable to feed, change, play and soothe baby as you need.
Please note, there are stairs leading to the studio with no storage for prams.
Emma is a qualified nurse, calm birth practitioner and women's health yoga teacher, as well as a mother of 3. She offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in the prenatal and postnatal space and looks forward to sharing this special time with you.
