☀️ Flow classes are our 45 minute early morning practice, designed to be energising in nature and set you up for the day ahead. This breath-centric practice is carefully sequenced to coordinate movement and breath to balance the nervous system, as well as a focus on adaptation to support each individual. They may include traditional sun salutations and standing sequences to build heat and mobilise the joints, before grounding into seated postures in preparation for savasana. Theses classes offer challenge with a focus on strength, stability & flexibility, as well as calm and steadiness.
All classes are suitable for both newer and experienced students. Our experienced teachers layer sequences and strategically use props to ensure the experience is accessible for all. Teachers bring their own passion and magic to the practice in a down-to-earth and inclusive manner. Come as you are, open to a new experience.
