A gentle flowing class that includes movement & relaxation, plus breath work & meditation techniques for all stages of pregnancy & postnatal recovery.
Our prenatal teacher, Autumn, is a mama, women's yoga specialist and qualified birth Doula.
If you’re returning post birth, please make sure you have clearance from your doctor. Classes are also suitable for postnatal, providing a safe and gentle return to exercise.
