We have a range of Yin based classes, which are the perfect antidote to a yang lifestyle. They feature slow, long-held posture that target the body’s fascia and connective tissue, creating a deeply reflective practice that takes you outside your comfort zone via an invitation to be still despite the mental distractions.
🌙 Yin Yoga is our 60 minute evening practice combing yin & restorative poses, as well as guided meditation to release tension, as well as balance and soothe the nervous system. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed and peaceful in body and mind
All classes are suitable for both newer and experienced students. Our experienced teachers layer sequences and strategically use props to ensure the experience is accessible for all. Teachers bring their own passion and magic to the practice in a down-to-earth and inclusive manner. Come as you are, open to a new experience.
