🌙 Meditation is a 45 minute evening practice, beginning with gentle movement to release tension in the body that has built up throughout the day. Then relaxing into a guided meditation practice, entering a calming state for the mind and body. The practice creates physical and mental activities that change brain waves to release emotional tension, slow down the nervous system, and allow muscles to relax. It can assist with releasing trauma, chronic pain, reducing anxiety and stress and improving sleep.

No meditation experience necessary for any of our meditation classes – all abilities from beginners to those who already have an established practice will benefit.
