👧 Mums Yoga is a wonderful way to move and re-connect with your body and is designed for mums at any stage of the postnatal journey. Enjoy simple flowing sequences to promote gentle strengthening & release throughout the body, as well as breathing & meditation techniques to soothe the nervous system. Toddlers and babies are welcome to this session.
