Experience the amazing power of Pilates! These classes are designed to give you a 'whole body workout', focusing on getting the right balance between mobility and strength, whilst at the same time covering the fundamentals of Pilates 'flow', 'breathing', 'control', 'precision' and lots more. Classes are taught with the assumption that participants have little or no experience of Pilates, however there will always be options to work within your own level of fitness and body awareness, whether a beginner or more advanced.
