Our 5 Week Beginners Course is a great introduction for those who are new to yoga or returning after a long break. You'll explore alignment principles, asana (posture) technique, breath awareness, philosophy and meditation, all weaved into the 5 Elements:

  • Earth & Grounding
  • Water & Flow
  • Fire & Core
  • Air & Breath
  • Space & Awareness
The course is suitable for students of all levels of fitness and is a great opportunity to increase your knowledge and confidence prior to joining regular classes.
