Join Hang and other like-minded friends at the blissful sanctuary yoga studio Makai Yoga Collective for a monthly event of self-care as we slow down from busy work schedules and hectic home lives. Hang will guide you through a combination of mindfulness practices such as simple Qi Gong movements to regulate your energy as well as sitting, walking or tea drinking meditation, followed by a restorative yoga practice to rebalance, rejuvenate and recharge for the month ahead. No experience required. Just your friendly smile.
