We are inviting you to join us for this special event honoring the season of Metal related to Autumn - Time of abundance, harvest and sharing. An opportunity to reflect in deep rest on what we are becoming clearer, what we carry forth and what we are ready to let go with clear understanding that it’s time now.

After the body is rested and emptied, we will call in the sacred sound and healing vibrations through chanting, mantra and prayer. Complimentary chai and chats included.
