☀️ Slow Flow is a 60 min flow practice which may include hatha flow, somatic movement and breath practices to explore traditional yoga postures in an intuitive and exploratory way. The movement is gentle and easily adaptable to the individual, creating a balance between sthira (effort) and sukha (ease) Classes may also incorporate elements of Qi Gong, Sound and meditation.
